We are seeking an energetic and solution-oriented Planning Execution Project Manager to administer business process initiatives, drive the incorporation of global standards, support the “BU High Voltage “Make to Stock” initiative, and facilitate the sustainable adoption of concept advancement and process discipline throughout our factories’ end-to-end materials value chain. This role will be instrumental in orchestrating process enhancements, change management, optimized system utilization, competency development and process harmonization across planning, procurement, logistics, and material management for manufacturing operations across our global sites. The ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker, influential motivator, and champion of change with experience in the management of incremental process enhancements and leadership of large-scale continuous improvement project execution; as well as possessing the ability to inspire collaboration amongst cross-functional teams in multi-cultural environments. Implement standardized global framework for process improvement project management and assurance of local team sustainability. /li /ulh3Your Background /h3pBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field 10+ years of experience in operational excellence, transformation, or business process improvement; or a combination of education and experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations for complex engineered industrial products. Knowledge of basic ERP functionality (SAP preferred) and digital tools in a multi-site manufacturing operation environment. Proven experience in coaching, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
