As Product Development Manager you will lead multidisciplinary development efforts at Technogym Village in Cesena to deliver cost-effective, quality-driven, and time-to-market products. You will define strategies that align with global processes and drive continuous improvement across product development. You'll oversee a team, manage external design outsourcing, and foster cross-functional collaboration to boost innovation. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Technogym brings new solutions to a global fitness audience. You will work in a dynamic, health-focused culture that values proactive leadership and technical excellence.

Own the new product development process from design to start of production
Ensure achievement of objectives for cost, quality, time-to-market, innovation and competitiveness
Collaborate in defining product development strategies aligned with company goals




Apply and contribute to the Global Solution Process (GSP) and pursue continuous improvement
Plan and oversee team activities and develop members' technical and managerial skills
Manage design outsourcing and co-design with external suppliers while maintaining control over development
Promote cross-area collaboration to improve efficiency and innovation
Responsabilità

Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Extensive experience in R&D; and/or Design xlwpduy in structured companies
Expert user of 3D CAD systems (PTC Creo)
Project management experience with cost and deadline objectives
Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, processes and cost drivers
Knowledge of competitive products
Knowledge of technologies for Platform Products
Knowledge of SPG
Knowledge of BOM management in ERP systems
Excellent leadership and communication skills
English fluency (minimum CEFR B2)
