efficient operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s); /liliManage the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement; /liliManage and develop large operational teams (60 - 80 employees) /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with the Customer /liliMonitor the operation's span of control and build a strategy; /liliLead by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture; /liliManagement of providers of the site's general services such as security, infrastructure, maintenance. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMaster`s degree in Engineering/Economic; /liliSolid experience in logistics / supply chain, preferably in industrial environments /liliSeveral experience in a direct management team; /liliProven track record in people leadership and union relations /liliEnglish fluent; /liliLeadership skills and capability of defining and deploying strategic plan for the site; /liliStrong analytical skills: Lean Manufacturing (WCM, TPM, Six Sigma); /liliTeam player with a positive mind set /li /ulpSalary Range: €45.000 - € 55.000 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
