ppSeriate, Bergamo, Italy /p pFull Time /p pGlobal Headquarters /p pSenior Manager/Supervisor /p pSerioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is looking for an experienced RD Director to lead our global Research Development function at the Global Headquarters. /p pIn this strategic role, you will define the RD roadmap, lead multidisciplinary teams, and work closely with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Project Management to ensure the successful development and implementation of new products and technologies that strengthen our competitive position worldwide. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liDefine and execute the company's global RD strategy. /li liManage the RD project portfolio, balancing priorities, resources, quality, timing, and costs. /li liLead the development and industrialization of packaging solutions. /li liDrive product innovation by identifying new technologies, materials, and market trends. /li liBuild strong partnerships with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver successful product development projects. /li /ul h3What we're looking for: /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or another relevant scientific discipline. /li liSignificant leadership experience in RD, Product Development,



or Engineering within FMCG or a related manufacturing industry. /li liStrong knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, and Injection Molding). /li liProven experience in product development, industrialization, and project management. /li liExcellent communication skills and fluency in English. /li /ul pCompetitive compensation package, starting from € 85,000 gross per year, plus company car and variable incentive plan.
