ph3Technical Support Technical Flying Doctor - Aftersales Department /h3 h3Job Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Support Technical Flying Doctor Specialist to join our Aftersales Department. /p pIn this role, you will act as a key technical bridge between our head office and our official dealer network. You will be responsible for resolving complex vehicle technical issues via our ticketing system, conducting hands-on quality checks on newly arrived vehicles, and deploying directly to dealerships as a "Flying Doctor" for urgent and high-priority cases. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDealer Technical Support (Ticket Management): /li liManage, analyze, and resolve complex technical tickets submitted by the dealer network. /li liProvide expert guidance on vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting protocols, and repair procedures. /li /ul h3Flying Doctor (On-Site Assistance) /h3 ul liPerform field visits to dealerships to troubleshoot and resolve critical, unviable, or urgent technical issues on-site. /li liProvide hands-on coaching and technical assistance to dealer technicians during complex repairs. /li liQuality Inspection New Product Launches /li /ul h3Key Requirements Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical Background: Degree or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience. /li liAutomotive Expertise: Strong background in automotive mechanics, electronics, and advanced vehicle diagnostics. /li liEV / HV Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of High Voltage (HV) systems, modern EV/PHEV/HEV architectures, and battery technology. /li liCertifications: Safety certifications for working on High Voltage vehicles (e.g., PES/PAV certification or local equivalent) are highly desirable. /li liLanguage Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory,



as you will interact with global technical teams and document technical reports. /li liSoft Skills: exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
