or a related field. /liliMinimum 3 years of experience in HR Administration, Personnel Administration, or similar HR roles. /liliFluent English (written and spoken) – C1 level. /liliSolid knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administrative processes. /liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, reporting). /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment. /liliStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliExperience with attendance and time management processes. /liliKnowledge of Workday or other HRIS platforms. /liliPrevious experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities in an international or structured environment. /li /ulpAt TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
