Working cross-functionally with global and regional teams, the role is responsible for delivering initiatives that reflect the brand identity and lifestyle, with the overarching objective of top client retention, upgrading and HNWI recruitment. /p h3More Specifically You Will /h3 ul liHigh-end product events: Villa Zegna / Milan Fashion Shows - support the client selection process, development of client programs, event execution and onboarding of regional teams hosting clients. /li liExceptional Experiences in line with the brand identity with a focus on art and culture, coordinate the development and execution of exclusive experiences, ensuring flawless delivery and an elevated guest journey. /li liSupport in managing selected partnerships with the objective of HNWI recruitment and creating unique guest experiences. /li liManage the execution of the gifting strategy /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liYou bring 5-8 years’ experience in luxury client engagement,



client relations /li liYou have strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail /li liProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional and international teams /li liYou have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liYou’re known for your client‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences /li liYou communicate fluently in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus /li liWillingness to travel internationally as required /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe position provides for a base salary between: € + premio /li liThe position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience. /li liRemuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
