Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. /p h3What You Will Do: /h3 pIn this role, you will apply your international tax advisory expertise to: /p ul lisupport business expansion in a wide jurisdictional base, /li litranslate technical rules into clear, commercially-grounded advice for stakeholders, /li liMA and restructuring, /li litax audit strategy and support, and /li liassess the impact of evolving legislation. /li /ul pGiven Caterpillar's global footprint and growth ambitions, professionals with broad international tax experience in the Big 4 and/or in-house roles who are comfortable operating in fast-paced environments will find themselves ideally suited to this role. Experience in emerging markets will be useful in this role. /p pThis is a role for an experienced technical expert who enjoys solving complex problems and building trusted partnerships within global tax and the wider business. tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. /li libProblem Solving: /b Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. /li libInfluencing Through Expertise: /b Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to use these to deepen own expertise to develop solutions that support the enterprise strategy. /li libTax Advisory: /b Advising business partners on complex scenarios with an enterprise viewpoint, leveraging experience across broad jurisdictions with a deep knowledge of international tax concepts in MA, business expansion and tax audit management. /li libTax Operations: /b Reviewing complex tax compliance utilizing technical rules and business facts. /li libResearch Analysis: /b Able to conduct research on complex fact patterns and can interpret and evaluate research to support informed decision-making. /li /ul h3Top Candidates Will Also Have: /h3 ul liRecognised accounting or tax qualification; /li li10-12 years of international tax experience in either practice or industry,
