We are seeking a professional to manage MA projects, including acquisitions and divestments, with a comprehensive approach to project coordination (both internal and external). The role currently involves projects of an international scope and supports decision-making at senior management, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors levels. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and coordinate MA projects nationally and internationally, from scouting to execution and completion. /liliOversee the execution of Due Diligence (DD) processes across financial, legal, tax, accounting, and technical aspects. /liliIdentify and evaluate potential MA opportunities, in line with Mundys long term strategy. /liliDrive financial Due Diligence with a focus on accounting, tax, and financial drivers. /liliParticipate in and challenge legal, commercial, and technical DD analyses. /liliCollaborate with internal departments (Finance, Tax, Accounting,
Asset Management) throughout project phases. /liliCoordinate with external stakeholders, including investment banks and partners (equity and debt). /liliPrepare and deliver comprehensive presentations to senior management, shareholders, and committees, summarizing key insights to support strategic decision-making. /liliGuide and mentor junior team members on: /liliBusiness plan development and financial modeling for MA projects. /liliUnderstanding the tax, accounting, and financing implications of transactions. /liliCollaborate with the Legal team on transaction documentation (e.g., SPA, SHA). /liliSupport the structuring of capital, rating analysis, and assessment of accretion/dilution impacts alongside Finance and Rating teams. /liliMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial advisory services, preferably within investment banking or corporate MA roles. Although preferred, no industry specialization required /liliProven experience in international projects and environments; in-depth knowledge of MA processes, due diligence, valuation,
