This role, based in our Milan office, is vital in ensuring successful delivery of comprehensive solution documents and facilitating strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third parties. /p /brpThe Business Analyst, Merchant Solutions, is responsible for working closely with clients, product teams, technology teams, and third‑party partners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for merchant acquiring and payment solutions. The role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring client requirements are translated into scalable, efficient, and compliant payment solutions. /p /brpThis position requires strong expertise in merchant acquiring, payment processing, card schemes, payment gateways, switching, settlement, reconciliation, and related value-added services /p /brh3What You’ll Do:



/h3 /brul /brliDraft end-to-end merchant acquiring solutions for banks or financial institutions. /li /brliGather requirements, identify appropriate solutions, and ensure successful implementation of merchant solutions /li /brliIdentify, analyze, research, and resolve functional queries from internal teams and third parties /li /brliEnsure the prompt resolution of moderate to complex queries from internal teams and external partners /li /brliInteract and communicate effectively with various internal departments /li /brliUtilize knowledge of acquiring solutions, platforms, systems, and technical expertise /li /brliAct as a consultant, understanding system parameters and options /li /brliIdentify systemic and business-impacting trends and elevate through proper leadership channels /li /br /ul /brh3Experience you’ll need to have: /h3 /brul /brliExtensive SME Functional knowledge in Merchant Acquiring Solutions covering payment gateway, authorization switches, scheme clearing settlements, merchant pricing, interchange and scheme fees, financial reconciliations /li /brliFluent in Italian English /li /brliPrior experience working within the payments industry /li /br /ul /brpSalary starting at €60,300 - negotiable depending on experience /p /brh3Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: /h3 /brpFiserv is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
