Here’s what it takes to be our new HR Specialist: /p ul libExperience /b: At least 3–4 years in HR administrative roles or similar positions. /li libEducation /b: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources, or a related field. /li libTechnical skills /b: Familiarity with HR and management software for tracking attendance and payroll (e.g., Zucchetti or similar). /li libSoft skills /b: Precision, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset. /li libAttitude /b: Proactive and eager to grow in an international environment. /li /ul h3What will you do? /h3 ul libRegulatory compliance /b: Ensure that all procedures comply with labor regulations and company policies. /li libEmployee support /b: Answer questions about paychecks, benefits, and administrative matters.
