You will have full accountability for the PL and play a key role in expanding our market presence while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. /p h3Key Focus Areas: /h3 ul liDefine and implement the Retail BU strategy aligned with DHL Supply Chain objectives /li liLead end-to-end logistics operations (warehousing, distribution, value-added services) across multiple locations /li liEnsure operational efficiency, scalability, and service excellence /li liManage capacity planning to address seasonal peaks and fluctuating volumes /li liOwn full PL accountability /li liManage operating budgets /li liDrive cost optimization and ROI-focused initiatives /li liMonitor financial KPIs and ensure performance targets are achieved /li liLead change management initiatives /li liDrive growth through expansion of existing contracts /li liSupport commercial activities, including solution design and business case development /li liStrengthen and expand relationships with key customers and stakeholders /li liLead large-scale projects such as new site start-ups and automation initiatives /li liPromote innovation, digitalization, and Lean/continuous improvement practices /li liLead a complex organization including Site Managers, Operations Managers, and Key Account Managers /li liBuild a high-performance, customer-centric culture /li liDrive employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning /li /ul h3Required Experience Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or similar) /li liMBA or advanced degree is a plus /li liAt least 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8–10 years in senior leadership roles /li liExtensive background in supply chain or Manufacturing Company /li liProven experience managing multi-Site/Plant operations including people management /li liStrong track record in PL management and business development /li liExperience leading large teams in complex customer environments /li liStrong leadership and decision-making capabilities /li liExpertise in operations management and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/WCM) /li liFluent in English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
