At Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services, you'll join a high‑performing infrastructure and cloud platform team, contributing to the design, implementation, and evolution of networking technologies based on several vendors. /p pThe role targets a professional with a solid and progressive career path in networking area, who can operate with increasing autonomy. /p pAs Network Specialist, you'll be working in a complex, multi‑vendor environment, and will use your analytical skills to identify and resolve network issues, make configuration changes, and implement security policies. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, test and apply corrective actions (including emergency changes), and participate in change reviews as needed. And with the ever‑changing nature of technology, you'll be constantly learning and growing in your role. You will work alongside a talented team of experts to plan and execute routine network changes, troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages, and maintain excellent communication with our end customers, project managers and service engineers. You’ll be responsible for maintaining network components, monitoring network performance, and maintaining network security. You will also be providing user support for network‑related issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support possible. You will act as a key interface across Delivery, Engineering and Consulting teams, ensuring platform stability while enabling innovation and business growth. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliDesign, deploy, and manage networking platforms in hybrid and multi‑cloud environments /liliEnsure high availability, scalability,



and security compliance /liliSupport networking evolution initiatives /liliTroubleshoot complex incidents and act as escalation point /liliCollaborate with Architects and Consult Partner /liliDrive continuous optimization /liliSupport governance and service improvement /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 h3Required Profile /h3 ulli3-5 years of experience in network/network security enterprise environments /liliProven network specialist experience in managing production environments /liliExperience in complex enterprise environments /liliAbility to work with autonomy and ownership /liliHands‑on experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform /liliCollaborative mindset and the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders /li /ul h3Here below some examples of requested capabilities: /h3 ullidefinition and implementation of configurations on networking devices; /lilireview of device logs and configurations, in order to prevent potential malfunctions; /lilisupport for activities related to updating the software components of the devices; /lilianalysis of vulnerabilities affecting the software installed on the devices, in order to identify appropriate mitigation actions; /liliexecution of fine‑tuning activities to ensure optimal performance of the network infrastructure; /lilianalysis of malfunctions and identification of corrective actions; /lilianalysis of potential interventions for the evolution of the infrastructure; /lilisupport in updating documentation (e.g. network infrastructure "layout"); /lilianalysis of new features of the base software, definition of production usage modalities, and verification of their impact on existing services and infrastructures; /liliinstallation of new software updates and functional testing; /lilipreparation of manuals, contribution to LLD documentation; /lilidevelopment and/or update of control and operational procedures; /lilianalysis of performance data, growth trends, and support for planning network infrastructure capacity upgrades; /lilidevelopment of procedures and preparation of supporting documentation for Disaster Recovery scenarios. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ulliNetwork (Cisco, Juniper, HPE) /liliDDI (Infoblox) /liliFirewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco, PaloAlto) /liliLoad Balancers (F5) /liliFamiliarity with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures /liliScripting (Bash, Python) /liliMonitoring and troubleshooting tools (Splunk, CheckMK,
