ppWe are looking for a Data Monitoring Support Coordinator on behalf of the European Space Agency (ESA) for their location in Frascati, Italy. bPlease be aware that this position is intended to be filled initially on a tempo parziale basis of 20 hours per week for a fixed period of 6 months. This can be discussed further in detail at interview stage. /b /ppbPlease note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage). /b /ppThe successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to: /pullipDefine the overall reporting structure and governance model for Agency-wide communication reporting; /p /li /ulullipIdentify participating ESA establishments, communication offices and reporting stakeholders; /p /li /ulullipDefine reporting responsibilities and reporting ownership; /p /li /ulullipEstablish reporting schedules and submission timelines; /p /li /ulullipDefine common reporting categories applicable across ESA establishments; /p /li /ulullipDefine reporting metrics and key performance indicators, in liaison with colleagues to ensure consistency with Department KPIs and metrics; /p /li /ulullipDevelop standard definitions to ensure reporting consistency; /p /li /ulullipIdentify minimum reporting requirements for all participating entities; /p /li /ulullipDesign standard reporting templates for quarterly submissions; /p /li /ulullipDevelop guidance material for reporting contributors; /p /li /ulullipDefine standard formats for tables, statistics,



graphicalreportingand narrative summaries; /p /li /ulullipEnsure alignment with ESA branding and presentation requirements; /p /li /ulullipEstablish data collection workflows; /p /li /ulullipDefine information submission and consolidation processes; /p /li /ulullipDevelop procedures for handling missing or incomplete submissions; /p /li /ulullipCreate document management and reporting archive procedures; /p /li /ulullipCoordinate consultations with ESA communication offices; /p /li /ulullipGather reporting requirements from participating establishments; /p /li /ulullipConsolidatefeedback and implement agreed reporting processes; /p /li /ulullipSupport adoption of the new reporting framework; /p /li /ulullipConduct a pilot reporting cycle using sample or historical data supplied by participating entities; /p /li /ulullipIdentifyprocess improvements and implementation issues; /p /li /ulullipRefine templates and reporting guidance asrequired; /p /li /ulullipProduce a final framework ready for operational deployment. /p /li /ulpbATG is dedicated to diversity and inclusion and is an equal opportunity employer. or performance measurement systems; /liliExperience coordinating information from multiple stakeholders and consolidating inputs into management-level reports; /liliDemonstrated experience supporting communication campaigns, outreach activities, events, or public engagement initiatives; /liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to create advance-level presentations, dashboards, charts, and management summaries; /liliAbility to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders; /liliStrong stakeholder engagement and consensus-building skills; /liliAbility to translate complex information into clear and concise reports for management audiences; /liliFamiliarity with branding and corporate communication guidelines; /liliHighly organised and detail-oriented; /liliStrong planning and prioritisation skills, as well as analytical and reporting skills; /liliProactive approach to problem-solving; /liliAbility to manage multiple deadlines and reporting cycles simultaneously; /liliExperience working in international organisations, institutional environments, or public-sector communications; /liliExperience working with distributed communication networks across multiple sites or countries; /liliExperience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) is an asset; /liliKnowledge of the space sector, scientific organisations, or European institutions is a strong asset; /liliCandidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU; /liliFluency in English, both written and spoken. /li /ulpbSalary range advertised reflects our initial expectations for the role and our internal salary scheme.
