This position requires you to take charge of legal matters from the initial drafting phase to the final execution stage for a range of partnerships and operational requirements. You will also play a key role in enhancing legal processes by leveraging digital tools and innovative solutions. /ph3Key facts /h3ulliLocation: Milan, Italy /liliEngagement: Full-Time, Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote) /liliCompensation: €78,000.00 - €100,000.00 gross per annum /liliTeam: Governance, Legal Compliance /li /ulh3What you'll do /h3ulliDraft and negotiate intricate B2B agreements that cater to different satispay business lines, including contracts for merchants and employers related to payment services and corporate welfare initiatives. /liliStructure, oversee, and manage strategic partnerships from inception through to completion, ensuring all legal aspects are thoroughly addressed. /liliProvide legal counsel on technology agreements, SaaS contracts, procurement deals, and supplier arrangements, ensuring compliance and risk management. /liliCollaborate closely with the Tender Manager to address legal considerations during procurement processes, including the review and negotiation of tender documents and contracts. /liliOffer advice on, draft, and negotiate contracts related to marketing initiatives, advertising, co-branding efforts, and agency partnerships. /liliSpearhead enhancements in contract templates, legal workflows, and the automation of negotiations by utilizing AI-driven tools to streamline processes.
/liliEngage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between legal strategies and business objectives, fostering a collaborative work environment. /liliMonitor legal developments and industry trends that may impact the business, providing proactive advice to mitigate risks. /liliConduct training sessions for internal teams on legal compliance and best practices, promoting a culture of awareness and adherence to legal standards. /liliMaintain accurate records of all legal documents and agreements, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future reference. /liliAct as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on legal matters that affect business operations. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliA degree in law with a minimum of 8 years of experience specializing in commercial law, particularly in complex B2B contracts and transactional issues, gained from both law firms and in-house environments. /liliProven ability to independently manage multiple transactions, prioritize competing tasks, and effectively balance legal risks with business goals. /liliStrong negotiation skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure and provide constructive challenges while delivering practical solutions. /liliExcellent communication skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders and distill complex legal concepts into understandable terms.
