Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /ppbAbout the Role /b /ppThe resource will ensure accurate management of general accounting, indirect tax compliance, and statutory reporting for assigned Group entities, ensuring compliance with regulations, Group policies, and closing deadlines. /ppThe role also supports process standardization and efficiency initiatives within the Accounting Tax CoE. /ppMain responsibilities will be: /pulliManage the general ledger for one or more Group companies, including accruals, provisions, depreciation, closing entries, and complex balance sheet/PL reconciliations; /liliEnsure timely monthly closings, monitor outstanding and temporary accounts, and prepare F24 tax payments; /liliSupport the preparation of statutory financial statements and disclosures, ensuring compliance with accounting, audit, and regulatory requirements; /liliMaintain statutory accounting records and provide documentation for internal and external audits; /liliManage VAT compliance activities, including VAT settlements, registers, LIPE reporting, annual VAT returns,
and VAT refund claims; /liliEnsure correct VAT treatment of domestic and international transactions and support tax audits and specific tax matters; /liliSupport accounting, reconciliation, and compliance activities for foreign branches and permanent establishments; /liliCoordinate with local advisors and manage intercompany and head office-branch relationships; /liliContribute to process standardization, digitalization, and automation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA projects; /liliSupport the definition of CoE procedures, controls, KPIs, and operational efficiency improvements. /li /ulpbWhat You Need to Be Successful /b /pulliDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; /liliKnowledge of periodic tax compliance requirements, including LIPE, VAT Returns, and F24 tax payments. /liliKnowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC accounting standards); IFRS knowledge is considered a plus. /lili5-8 years of experience in general accounting within structured or multinational organizations; /liliExperience managing multiple legal entities simultaneously; /liliProven experience in the preparation of statutory financial statements and management of periodic tax compliance obligations; /liliExperience with foreign branches or permanent establishments is considered an advantage; /liliKnowledge of SAP S/4HANA will be considered a plus; /liliFluency in English (both oral and written). /li /ulpbOur Offer /b /ppCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 45.000, in line with experience.
