ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, manage, and grow the dealer and distribution network in your region (Italy + Balkan) /li liIdentify, acquire, and onboard new partners and customers /li liDrive and close sales opportunities in collaboration with partners and key end customers /li liConduct customer visits, presentations, demos, and represent the company at trade fairs and events /li liPrepare quotations and support tenders and bid strategies /li liMaintain and document all sales activities in the CRM system and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting /li liCollaborate closely with Marketing, Service, SCM, and Product Management /li liMonitor market trends and competitors to derive growth and pricing strategies /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in capital goods, machinery,



or industrial solutions /li liProven experience in channel sales with dealers and distributors /li liExcellent Italian and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus) /li liStrong MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems (preferably Zoho) /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and closing skills /li liStructured, independent, and results‑oriented working style /li liHigh willingness to travel within the region (approx. 40–60%) /li liTeam player with the ability to collaborate across functions /li liAn innovative and international working environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
