This role requires full operational and strategic control to improve user experience, partner relations, and overall profitability. /ph3Key facts /h3ulliLocation: Milano, Italy /liliEngagement: Full-time /liliTeam: City Development /li /ulh3What you'll do /h3ulliDirect expansion efforts and coordinate with operations to improve city coverage and mapping. /liliSet acquisition targets for partners and manage the pipeline for top-tier accounts. /liliImprove partner uptime through menu quality, CTDP optimization, and management of AVR thresholds. /liliExecute promotional strategies at the city level with key partners. /liliPrepare and present the Weekly Business Review for your assigned cities. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven track record of hitting targets independently with an ownership mindset. /liliAbility to analyze marketplace metrics including GMV, contribution margin, fail rate, uptime, and conversion. /liliExperience influencing cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations.
