Here, your ideas turn into innovative solutions that transform industries, infrastructure, mobility and everyday life. /p h3Your next chapter starts here! /h3 h3Your role /h3 pAs a bSales Area Manager /b, you will be part of bSmart Infrastructure - Buildings /b, contributing to the growth and market leadership of Siemens Smart Buildings business across the bTriveneto region (Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia) /b. /p pYou will be responsible for driving market growth, customer engagement and commercial performance across the entire portfolio of building technologies, digital solutions and services. Your day-to-day activities will include leading direct and indirect sales channels, developing strategic customer relationships, strengthening the partner ecosystem, and collaborating closely with regional and vertical sales stakeholders to deliver sustainable and profitable business growth. /p h3You’ll make an impact by: /h3 ul liDriving profitable growth and increasing market share across the assigned territory through effective execution of Siemens' sales strategy. /li liLeading all sales activities within the area, collaborating with Regional Account Managers, Vertical Market Managers, Sales Agents, Planner Offices and other key stakeholders. /li liAcquiring new strategic customers and expanding Siemens' presence within existing key accounts through structured account development plans.



/li liPromoting Siemens' digital, energy efficiency and sustainability portfolio to support customers in achieving decarbonization, operational excellence and ESG goals. /li liEnsuring excellence in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and CRM rigor to improve commercial performance. /li liLeading, coaching and developing the Buildings sales organization within the assigned area, including direct sales teams and sales agents. /li liBuilding and strengthening relationships with partners, consultants, planners, system integrators and market influencers to enhance business opportunities and market coverage. /li liFostering a high-performance culture based on accountability, customer centricity, collaboration, continuous learning and sustainable growth. /li /ul h3Core Requirements /h3 h3What makes you a great match /h3 ul liTechnical educational background (Degree or Diploma) /li liMinimum 8 years of experience in the Building Automation, HVAC or Smart Building market, including at least 5 years in sales roles across the Triveneto area. /li liProven track record of delivering profitable growth and leading business transformation initiatives. /li liExperience managing both direct and indirect sales channels, including partner and ecosystem management. /li liFluent Italian and English /li liStrong commercial acumen with the ability to develop growth strategies,
