and innovation /li liLead and contribute to hands‑on workshops that help customers unlock the full value of the Sysdig platform /li liSupport Sales in renewal and expansion discussions by demonstrating measurable value realization and usage growth /li liIdentify and mitigate account risk early through health monitoring, technical diagnostics, and stakeholder alignment /li liBe an advocate for customer requirements, partnering with Product and Engineering to align roadmap initiatives /li liPartner with Support and Professional Services to ensure high-quality solutions and efficient issue resolution /li liMentor junior CSMs/CSEs and contribute to best practices, process improvements, and internal enablement /li /ul h3What you will bring with you: /h3 ul li7+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Strategic/Technical Consulting at a SaaS or cybersecurity company /li liProven experience managing enterprise customer relationships and navigating complex organizations /li liHands‑on experience installing and troubleshooting solutions on Kubernetes; experience working with container based solutions /li liStrong understanding of cloud-native applications, platforms, security, automation, and DevSecOps across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP /li liExperience with scripting and API integration to support and troubleshoot technical solutions /li liDemonstrated success driving measurable customer outcomes and leading executive‑level engagements /li liStrong business acumen and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business impact for both engineers and executives /li liExperience managing issues,
performing root cause analysis, and driving resolution /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills /li liBackground in cybersecurity or DevSecOps is a strong plus /li /ul h3What we look for: /h3 ul liA strategic, consultative, customer‑first mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders /li liOne or more of CKAD / CKA / CKS certifications /li liExperience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms /li liSelf‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable — comfortable navigating fast‑paced, evolving environments /li liStrong empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with customers /li liCuriosity and comfort operating across both technical and business domains /li liCoachability and a team‑oriented, collaborative, learning‑driven attitude /li liExperience working with Sysdig and/or Falco is a plus /li /ul h3When you join Sysdig, you can expect: /h3 ul liExtra days off to prioritize your well-being /li liMental health support for you and your family through the Modern Health app /li liGreat compensation package /li /ul pThe annual compensation range for this full-time position is between €75,400 and €94,300.
