This position is based in Maranello, Modena, and is offered as a fixed-term contract. /ph3Key facts /h3ulliLocation: Maranello, Modena /liliEngagement: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) /li /ulh3What you'll do /h3ulliAssist in the recruitment process by screening applications and coordinating interviews for candidates from protected categories. /liliHelp maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employment and diversity. /liliSupport the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and the preparation of necessary documentation. /liliCollaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs aimed at promoting inclusivity and awareness of protected categories. /liliManage employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information. /liliParticipate in the organization of employee engagement activities and initiatives that promote a diverse workplace culture. /liliAssist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to HR metrics and diversity initiatives. /liliMaintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations pertaining to protected categories, ensuring the company remains compliant. /liliSupport performance management processes by coordinating evaluations and feedback sessions. /liliHelp in the development of internal communication strategies to promote awareness of diversity and inclusion initiatives. /liliAssist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs,
