As a family business, we continue to invest in our people, quality and food safety culture, equipment and processes to support sustainable growth. /ppAs Logistics Coordinator, you will play an important part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, transport is coordinated effectively, and outbound activity is completed to a high standard. You will work closely with planning, despatch, finance, commercial teams, customer contacts and partner hauliers to support service delivery and operational efficiency.



/ph3Key Responsibilities Will Include /h3ulliManaging end-to-end non-EDI customer order processing with accuracy and pace /liliCompleting daily group performance metrics and supporting visibility of key operational measures /liliCoordinating and booking internal and external transport requirements /liliMaintaining accurate order and de-hire records for hired equipment, including CHEP and IFCO /liliCollating outbound documentation, both paper and digital, and liaising with finance to support accurate and timely invoicing /liliCompleting outbound trace audits as required /liliActing as the primary point of contact for partner hauliers /liliSupporting customers and the commercial team with general customer enquiries /liliSupporting despatch colleagues with order picking on occasion, where required /liliCompleting occasional weekend order processing, with notice provided /li /ulh3About You /h3pThis is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy operational environment, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in delivering accurate, right-first-time work.
