Unwind at AQVAM Spa or indulge in glamour at Beppe D'Elia’s Hair Jewelry Salon. /p h3Place of Work: Park Hyatt Milano – Aquam Spa /h3 h3Job Level: Operative /h3 h3Report to: Housekeeping Spa Manager /h3 pResponsible for: The Assistant Spa Manager / Direttore Tecnico supports the operational and strategic management of the hotel Spa, ensuring high service standards, excellence in guest experience, and full compliance with all applicable regulations (health, safety, and industry standards). /p pThis role combines operational, managerial, and technical responsibilities, contributing to the achievement of the Spa’s financial and quality performance goals, in alignment with brand values (e.g., Hya care, inclusion, service excellence). /p h3Main Duties and Responsibilities: /h3 ul liEnsure a personalized guest experience aligned with brand standards /li liHandle guest complaints,



ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction /li liContinuously monitor service levels and treatment quality /li liFoster a guest-centric culture within the team /li liAssist in planning and supervising daily Spa operations /li liEnsure efficient management of treatment schedules and room occupancy /li liOptimize workflows to maximize productivity and revenue /li liSupport inventory management and stock control /li liSupervise and coordinate the Spa team (therapists, receptionists, beauticians) /li liSupport recruitment, training, and staff development /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBeautician/esthetician qualification (mandatory for technical role) /li liCertification as Technical Director (where required by local regulations) /li liDegree or diploma in Hospitality, Wellness, or Management preferred /li liMinimum 2–4 years’ experience in a hotel Spa or wellness environment /li liPrevious supervisory or team coordination experience /li liExperience with international brand standards preferred /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of facial and body treatments and Spa protocols /li liFamiliarity with Spa management systems (e.g., Book4Time, Opera) /li liKnowledge of health and safety regulations /li liAbility to monitor KPIs and produce reports /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liLeadership and team motivation skills /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities /li liProblem-solving and stress management /li liSales-oriented mindset /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liAdditional languages are a plus /li /ul pJob Level: 3° Turismo-Federalberghi /p pEmployment Type: Full-time /p pSalary Range: € 32.000 - € 35.000 gross per year / 14 months /p ul li12 free nights and discounted rates in all hotels of the group after three months of employment /li liComplimentary staff cafeteria and laundry service /li liContinuous learning and development opportunities /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
