ppbSilca /bis a leading European company manufacturing key blanks, key-cutting machines and equipments dedicated to the production and key blanks processing. /p pSilca is part of bdormakaba /b, a leading global provider in the access solutions market listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange in Zurich. /p pWe are looking for a bManager of Controlling for the Region EMEA, /bbased in our office in Vittorio Veneto (TV). /p pYou will lead a team based in Italy and across European locations, while acting as the key interface with dormakaba Controlling. /p h3Your tasks /h3 ul liManage the budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities. /li liMonitor and review variances against budget and forecast, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions. /li liDefine, monitor, and analyze pre-closing and closing KPIs across different business functions. /li liAnalyze product cost structures and monitor deviations from standard costs. /li liOversee inventory accounting, material movement controls, and stock valuation. /li liPrepare Profit Loss and Balance Sheet reporting. /li liMonitor CAPEX investments,



assess investment profitability, and ensure compliance with Group approval processes and policies. /li liPerform financial statement analysis for the legal entities under your responsibility. /li liCoordinate and develop a team of finance professionals across multiple locations. /li /ul h3Your Skills /h3 ul liDegree in Economics or equivalent. /li liSignificant experience as a Controlling Manager or Senior Controller, with people management responsibilities in manufacturing and multinational organizations. /li liProven expertise in budgeting forecasting. /li liSolid understanding of product costing, inventory accounting, and CAPEX controlling. /li liStrong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. /li liFluent English (C1) and Italian /li /ul pThis is a permanent position, CCNL Metalmeccanico, Level A1 Quadro, + performance premio and welfare. /p pThe role is on-site, with one remote working day per week. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
