ppReporting to Head of Retail, bthe Store Manager at Leica Store Milano /bis responsible for leading a team in achieving store sales targets and KIPs and driving highly engaging customer journeys. /p pThe ideal candidate is an inspiring leader with an entrepreneurial and customer-centric mindset who motivates, coaches, and develops a high-performing team while creating an environment that delivers an exceptional experience for our customers. Being a great ambassador of the brand, the Store Manager will uphold the Leica values and always ensure of operational excellence. /p h3Responsibilities include but are not limited to /h3 h3Customer Service and Sales /h3 ul liFocus on driving sales and business development whilst meeting store KPIs. /li liLead the team in providing the best service and experience possible to every customer. /li liCoach the team in building and developing 'customer for life' relationships with customers and understanding and prioritising customer value and needs. /li liSupport and educate the team in dealing with customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally, securing a positive outcome in line with our brand values. /li liPrepare and analyse sales reports and KPIs regularly; create and execute action plans to drive performance. /li liSupport the local store marketing and customer engagement initiatives and events; monitor their impact on sales, customer acquisition and loyalty. /li /ul h3Store Operations /h3 ul liMonitor and analyse the performance of products to maximise sales opportunities. /li liEvaluate stock levels regularly and place orders promptly to secure product availability.



/li liFollow inventory and security procedures to minimise stock loss and effectively deal with stock discrepancies. /li liManage staff rotas, absences and holidays to ensure the store is effectively resourced and sales goals are met. /li liEnsure all cash, POS and other systems procedures are strictly adhered to and properly executed by all team members. /li liMaintain Leica standards and follow procedures at all times across the store in merchandising, service, stock management and back-office activities and be the main contact for health and safety in the store. /li /ul h3People Management /h3 ul liLead the team to achieve store targets by positively communicating sales, service targets and results, providing updates and ensuring that the team understands their individual roles in delivering these targets. /li liCreate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the store team; deliver coaching, training and development and performance management when required. /li liMaintain the Leica way and ensure all staff adhere to our brand values, dress code and company standards. /li liActively liaise, communicate and develop good relationships with key people throughout the business to drive store success.



/li /ul h3Brand Ambassador /h3 ul liAct as a role model for the team and others across the company with a brand knowledge that is second to none. /li liDevelop and maintain excellent professional relationships and liaise with brand representatives regularly to ensure full compliance with visual, people and service standards. /li liRepresent the brand and network with guests at store events and activities to promote Leica's image, the brand and its products. /li liAttend and network at external events to build and develop relationships to increase brand awareness, boost traffic to the store and corresponding increase in business. /li /ul h3Qualification, Experience and Skills /h3 ul liProven Store Manager or similar experience ideally in premium or luxury retail. /li liDemonstrated success in meeting and exceeding targets and driving sales growth. /li liA strong team leader and people manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for exceptional customer service. /li liStrong retail operation experience and financial acumen. /li liExcellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. /li liFlexible and resilient with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. /li liGreat knowledge and passion for photography and TV; strong technical understanding is a plus. /li liIntermediate in Microsoft Office. /li liFluent in spoken and written LOCAL LANGUAGE is a must.
