including monitoring receivables and payables to maintain optimal liquidity. /liliSupervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations. /liliConduct regular audits of financial processes and controls to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks. /liliLiaise with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations. /liliMentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. /liliStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive. /liliPrepare reports for senior management and stakeholders, providing insights into financial performance and strategic recommendations. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred. /liliA minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. /liliStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements. /liliProven experience in financial reporting, budgeting,
