ph3About the role /h3pThis position focuses on expanding our hotel inventory by converting leads into new supply for the Italian and Greek markets. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals with boutique and independent properties. /ph3Key facts /h3ulliLocation: Milan, Italy /liliEngagement: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) /liliSalary: 65,000 to 80,000 EUR annually /liliTeam: Hotels /li /ulh3What you'll do /h3ulliManage and grow the hotel category by hitting quarterly sales targets for Italy and Greece. /liliIdentify and qualify new hotel leads through research and networking. /liliNegotiate and finalize agreements with new hotel partners. /liliCommunicate the Airbnb value proposition to prospective partners via phone, email, and in-person meetings. /liliLead market launches by coordinating with cross-functional teams. /liliAssist with the onboarding process for new hotel partners. /liliDevelop and execute scalable sales strategies to maximize business impact. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli8+ years of professional experience in sales or account management,
