ppAs a Field Service Technician, you will service Vertiv UPS systems, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring gear to ensure reliability. You’ll build strong rapport with customers, sales teams, and distributors while coordinating with Call Control and your supervisor. You will work safely, comply with ISO 9001:2000 processes, and maintain accurate records and spare parts. This role offers hands‑on problem solving, flexible scheduling, and exposure to critical power infrastructure. You will be part of a service team that drives on‑site performance and customer satisfaction. /pulliRespond to service calls professionally and on duty /liliPerform work safely and per codes and company policy /liliManage spare parts using established procedures /liliAssist in maintaining planned maintenance completion rate at a minimum of 90% /liliCoordinate with call control to schedule and complete work /liliKeep customer listing accurate and report site changes /liliFollow ISO 9001:2000 processes and safety guidelines /liliMaintain company vehicle and issued tools/property /liliWork as part of the service team and ensure task follow-through /liliSubmit timely,
