We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day. /ppbAbout the role: /b /ppAs a Component Delivery Manager (CDM) you will support the Senior Component Delivery Manager (Sr CDM) on project lifecycle such as estimation and execution in a way that scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety goals are met, according to the Company Project Quality Procedures. You will support in managing the project team to meet monthly goals set by Senior Project Manager and Your department. /ppYou will report to the Head of Component Delivery Management and be located at Monfalcone (Italy) . The type of role requires a 100% of onsite presence with limited possibility of flexible working arrangements. /ppbMain Responsibilities: /b /pulliManage the Project Team, focusing Safety, Quality, Costs and OTD /liliSupport the SR CDM leading the project team to complete the project. With the support of project team, the CDM; accomplish the strategy identified by the Sr CDM for a profitable execution; /liliControl and Management of project costs, risk and opportunities /liliSupport the Sr CDM on estimations before order acquisition and control the project costs ensuring completion within the assigned budget. /liliMonitor and expedite daily/monthly project progress, meeting the project goals set by Sr CDM. /liliMonitor contingencies based on assessed Risks Opportunities prepared together with Sr CDM. /liliSupport Sr CDM to assess scope changes according to the Company Project Procedures ensuring cost and schedule impacts recognition.



/liliControl and Management of the project schedule /liliDaily/monthly development and control of project schedule to ensure the forecasted project progress and goals set with Sr CDM . The CDM gathers all department inputs to develop a reliable project schedule with Planner support, managing project planning, float and resource loads. /li /ulpbQualifications: /b /pulliBachelor's degree graduate from any major including Engineering Degree /lili2 to 4 years of experience in bManufacturing Environment is required /b /liliExperience making decisions and working in a technical environment /liliMotivated to obtain results /li /ulpWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
