Here below your responsibilities: /b /pulliAnalyze the btender documents /b provided by Client and study scope of work, project schedule, technical specifications and Client’s requirements. /liliDevelop theb cost estimate /b of project activities and services, including staff, manpower, construction equipment/consumables, assets, plant materials and subcontracts. /liliAnalyze the bVendors quotation /b to be included in the bid cost estimate. /liliDevelop accurate cost analysis for bconstruction works /b. /liliImplement the bconstructability /b activities as required (e.g. in the definition of most appropriate erection methods, fabrication/construction sequences, layouts, pre-fabrication strategies, etc.) /liliPrepare the bid price sheet and the project bcash flow /b. /li /ulpbWhat are we looking for? /b /ppbEducation: /bMaster's Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveyor Diploma /ppbExperience: /bbat least /bb10 years /b as Estimator within Transport Infrastructures Projects (e.g. Railways, Metro, Motorway) and Civil Sectors. /ppbTechnical Skills /b: Knowledge of Estimating Methodologies and cost analysis of Direct,
