ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Account Director is responsible for driving revenue growth across the hotel through the development, retention and expansion of an established portfolio of mainly bcorporate and MICE clients /b. Acting as a trusted commercial partner to customers, the role focuses on bstrategic account management /b, proactive business development and close collaboration with on-property teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable commercial results. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalysis market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads; /li liManage and grow an existing portfolio of corporate and MICE accounts; /li liProactively source new MICE and corporate business through networking, industry events, tradeshows, and direct sales activities; /li liWork within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities; /li liCooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs; /li liSupport site inspections, client entertainment and key customer events; /li liProduce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments,
calls made and business leads; /li liAnswer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner; /li liManage self-performance in compliance with company policies and procedures. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pAn Account Director serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of the hotel serving our Guests. They must be a good team player, working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, they should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: /p ul liPositive attitude and excellent communication skills; /li liCommitment to delivering a high level of customer service; /li liExcellent grooming standards; /li liExcellent negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills; /li liFluent Italian and English, written and spoken (additional languages are a plus); /li liFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations; /li liAbility to work under pressure and under own initiative; /li liProven experience in an Account Director / Senior Sales Manager role or similar. /li /ul pIt would be advantageous in this position to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: /p ul liKnowledge of local market; /li liKnowledge of international markets; /li liKnowledge of hospitality; /li liPassion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives; /li liDegree-level qualification in a relevant field. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
