We would love to hear from you. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliLeads the team responsible for ICSR management for a selected project or group of projects as Team Leader /liliEnsures adequate distribution of tasks for assigned projects and teams and oversees the workflow process /liliAssures and exerts of activities leading to effective cooperation with clients in the area of ICSR Management /li /ulpRole and Responsibilities /pulliProviding support to other activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and the company /liliLine Manages assigned ICSR staff /liliCreates and maintains project specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities (this includes optimizing procedures, trainings and any other actions to increase ICSR team efficiency) /liliProposes process changes to ICSR Operational Lead /liliManages ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support /liliReviews trackers and timesheet data and ensures accuracy /liliIs involved in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases /liliOperates as the assigned team SME and supports other SMEs /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pLife science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, other healthcare related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance /ppExtensive experience in pharmacovigilance within which demonstrated work experience in line manager role. /pulliExcellent communication (written and verbal) skills /liliOrganization skills, including attention to details and multitasking /liliPlanning and time management /liliTechnical skills /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pWhen you join Ergomed Group, you make a difference by helping to bring safe and effective pharmaceutical treatment to patients around the world.
