The pace is intense, and the hours will reflect that. If you are looking for a predictable 9-to-5 schedule, this role is not right for you. Agency submissions will be disregarded. /p h3Overview /h3 pWe are an early-stage startup building an AI-generated content platform for the adult creator economy. Every creator on the platform is an AI-generated persona with a designed personality, a crafted backstory, a defined visual identity, and a data-backed content strategy. Nothing is improvised. Every persona is reverse-engineered from real creators who are already generating millions in revenue. /p pThe Art Director is responsible for designing these personas from the ground up. You will study top-earning creators, extract what makes them commercially successful (the psychology, the visual archetypes, the narrative strategies), and produce detailed creative specifications that the AI Scientist will execute. You are the architect of what gets generated. /p pThis role requires fluency with AI tools. You use Claude for behavioral and personality research. You use AI image generators to prototype and iterate on visual directions. You use AI video tools to test concepts before finalizing specifications. AI is not supplementary to your workflow; it is foundational to how you operate at the speed this project demands.



/p h3Responsibilities /h3 pCreator research and analysis /p ul liConduct quantitative personality and behavioral analyses of top OnlyFans creators using AI research tools (primarily Claude). Extract attitudinal traits, branding strategies, content cadence, audience engagement patterns, and the psychological mechanisms that drive subscriptions and purchases. /li /ul pPersona design /p ul liDesign original AI personas built on three pillars: personality (behavioral traits, parasocial triggers, backstory), visuals (physical archetype, styling, distinguishing features), and content strategy (posting cadence, content mix, engagement tactics). Each persona is a complete creative product. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAI-native workflow. You use AI tools daily as a core part of how you research, prototype, and iterate. You can prompt Claude into producing a comprehensive behavioral profile of a creator efficiently. You use AI image generators to explore visual directions before committing to specifications. If AI is not already central to your creative process, this role is not the right fit. /li liDeep understanding of the adult creator economy. You know why certain creators outperform others with larger followings. You understand parasocial attachment, audience psychology, and the content strategies that convert followers into paying subscribers. /li liStrong background in visual design, art direction, brand building, or creative direction. You have a refined visual eye and can articulate your creative decisions with both aesthetic reasoning and commercial rationale. /li liAbility to think like a behavioral psychologist and execute like a designer. The personas you create are not aesthetic exercises; they are engineered to drive specific user behaviors and purchasing decisions.

You identify research opportunities, form hypotheses, design personas, and present them with supporting rationale without waiting for direction. /li liAvailable to start immediately or within one week. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience managing social media for creators, influencers, or adult content brands. /li liPrevious experience in the adult industry. /li liDeep familiarity with influencer/follower platforms, such as OnlyFans, Fansly, or Patreon. /li liExperience with AI video generation tools for concepting and rapid prototyping. /li liBackground in behavioral psychology, marketing psychology, or consumer research. /li liPrior experience in adult content, OnlyFans management, or creator economy platforms. /li /ul h3Engagement Structure /h3 pThis is a full-time independent contractor position on the founding team. The organization is flat. You will work under the Product Tech Lead and have direct access to the CEO. There is no middle management. Decisions are made quickly and communication is direct. /p pAs a founding team member, your role evolves with the company.
