They will independently manage project progress to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met. They will have the opportunity to liaise internally with departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Assembly and Sales, as well as with international suppliers, and will be able to oversee inter-company and RD projects. /p /brh3Key responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliApplying and ensuring the application of the company's Project Management Framework (including Methodology, Policy, Process and Tools) and the Project Governance Model. /li /brliReview the consistency of the project scope, time and cost constraints against the original business case or the customer's order/contract.



/li /brliIdentifying and engaging project stakeholders (including those from the client, where applicable). /li /brliEnsuring that the project is executed and that project objectives are achieved whilst adhering to all project constraints (budget, time, scope, quality). /li /brliCoordinating key project communications and ensuring the creation and archiving of all necessary project documentation. /li /br /ul /brh3bWhat You Need to Be Successful /b /h3 /brul /brliMaster's degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering; /li /brli3-5 years' experience in project management within industrial environments and well-structured matrix organisations; /li /brliExperience in the pharmaceutical sector is preferred; /li /brliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); /li /brliExcellent command of English; /li /brliKnowledge of SAP business management software (preferred); /li /brliAbility to manage projects independently; /li /brliProblem-solving skills and good analytical and organisational skills; /li /brliStrong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills; /li /brliFlexibility and the ability to work well as part of a team. /li /br /ul /brh3bOur Offer /b /h3 /brpCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 40.800, in line with experience.
