British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Production Cell Manager in Trieste.
Annual Gross Salary Pay Range 56,300 - 70,434 CLA level B1-A1.
The purpose of the Production Cell Manager is to make sure Trieste factory delivers the required production plan on time in full complying with Legal Compliance including Excise; EHS , Quality , BAT Global Operating Model standards supported by all local policies in place and making sure process stability ,business continuity plans are in place. Deliver continuous improvement, cost optimization initiatives continuously for competitiveness and productivity savings for both manufacturing cost and COGS . Deliver change in culture and practices in the Production area – SMD(Secondary Manufacturing Department), PMD(Primary Manufacturing Department)



- introducing and developing IWS (Integrated Work System). Contribute to planning and delivery of future Production capability to ensure sustainability of operation (people, technology) and compliance to regulation (TPD - Tobacco Products Directive 2001/37/EC, T&T; - Track and Trace or any other).
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
Drive and improve key production KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Mean Time Between Failures, unplanned downtime, waste, and manufacturing cost.
Ensure full compliance with BAT Global Operating Model, legal requirements (EU/local excise, customs, waste, safety, labour), and internal procedures.
Guarantee production capacity and resource allocation in alignment with Scheduling and Maintenance, ensuring efficient use of production and engineering resources.
Maintain and enforce operational standards (cleaning, inspections, repairs, brand changes, mat
