Overview Experteer Overview In this role, you support the General Counsel and Company Affairs team with M&A;, regulatory and financing matters. You engage in cross-border transactions, antitrust and foreign investment work, and complex financing deals. You will partner with internal departments to navigate deals, regulatory regimes, and funding structures. This position offers impact across high-stakes projects in an international engineering context and an opportunity to shape corporate strategy in the energy transition. Responsibilities Support mergers, spin-offs, and the sale/purchase of stakes in companies or assets Handle cross-border transactions with focus on antitrust, FDI,
and Foreign Subsidies Regulation Manage extraordinary financing transactions and ordinary financing instruments (e.g., loan agreements, debt markets, ISDA) Provide legal advice to internal departments and coordinate with the team to ensure compliance and transaction readiness Qualifications Master's degree in Law Bar admission 5 years' experience in M&A;, regulatory, and finance English proficiency (C-1) Knowledge and experience with AI tools Benefits health insurance internal gym discounts and partnerships well-being services in-house cafeteria hybrid working model with flexible hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
