Experteer OverviewIn this role you oversee the financial accounting and statutory reporting for Aperam S&S; Italy Srl, ensuring IFRS-compliant monthly statements and annual statutory/tax financials. You manage ledgers, VAT, intercompany activity, and bank relationships, while coordinating with external advisors and auditors. You lead process improvements in financial, accounting, and tax management and supervise outsourced activities. declarations)Draft tax returns and collaborate with external tax advisorsManage cost accounting including cost centers and chart of accountsCoordinate intercompany transactions with sister companies (including active commissions)Handle agent commissions and related obligations (ENASARCO)Contribute to defining and reviewing business processes affecting financial, accounting and tax managementManage relationships with banks, tax consultants, external auditors, and internal control bodiesCoordinate and supervise outsourced activitiesManage corporate formalities (board/shareholders meetings, CCIAA filings, court and revenue agency filings, statutory registers)
