Legal Counsel

MISSION:
Be a Business Partner from a Legal standpoint for Corporate Functions, providing timely answers and legal analysis.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Management and prosecution of trademarks’ and designs’ portfolios, also through the coordination of external counsels
- Handling, management and coordination of brand protection and anticounterfeiting activities, both online and offline, aimed at protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, including of civil, administrative or criminal nature
- Handling and management of customs surveillance, including the handling of customs seizures and the coordination with enforcement authorities and external counsels
- Carrying out internal risk-assessments and IP legal clearance ensuring that all necessary rights are secured on worldwide basis.
- Managing the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of complex commercial agreements on a global scale including:
-Imagine rights agreements (talents, models)
-production agreements for advertising campaigns, digital content, PR events and special projects
-co-branding licensing and IP driven partnership including product compliance and distribution matters.
- Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on marketing,
communication, creative initiatives balancing legal risks with business needs,
- Managing the drafting review and negotiation of a wide range of IT agreements on a global scale
- Supporting the e-commerce team in ensuring the official website's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide support to the General Counsel in the development, management and implementation of special projects across multiple disciplines
- special complex legal analysis and problem-solving research, counsel and guidance
- Handle external lawyers, notaries and consultants
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in Law, Up to 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Highly developed legal and analytic skills (e.g. negotiation, drafting, relevant legal knowledge)
- Work effectively across different functions
- Managing projects autonomously in coordination with the General Counsel
- Disseminate legal issues in a clear, concise and pragmatic manner
- Meet deadlines and provide professional level of service all time
Salary package: up to 50.000,00 annual gross salary per year + additional benefits to be discussed.
