Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.***Discover extraordinary* every day.****Purpose and main priorities of the role:**We are looking for a **high-potential, hands-on Business Controller** to take full ownership of controlling and FP&A; activities for **Politape Group**, a recently acquired group within the Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives BU.This is a **key role in a post-acquisition environment**, where accuracy, speed, and continuous improvement are critical. The ideal candidate is **analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-driven**, with the ability to operate both at a **transactional level and in business partnering**.You will be responsible for **end-to-end financial control and performance monitoring** of the Politape business,
working closely with local teams in Germany and the BU Finance team.Your responsibilities include:* Own **monthly closing, reporting, and variance analysis**;* Ensure **accuracy and reliability of financial data** (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow);* Drive **budgeting and forecasting processes**;* Perform **deep-dive analysis on margins, costs, and operational KPIs**;* Monitor and improve **inventory and working capital**;* Support **cash flow analysis and tracking**;* Work closely with plants and operations to ensure **alignment between financials and industrial performance**;* Identify and implement **improvements in tools, processes, and reporting quality**.**The attitude and the skills we are looking for**:* 4–6 years of experience in **controlling, FP&A;, or consulting**;* Experience in a **fast-paced or private equity environment** is a strong plus;* Strong **analytical mindset with attention to detail** ;* **Hands-on attitude**: comfortable working on both transactional and analytical tasks;* Proactive and motivated, with a **continuous improvement mindset**;* Strong Excel / data skills (Power BI or similar tools is a plus);* Fluent in English and German (Italian is a plus);* Availability to **travel frequently** between HQ (Milan) and production sites in Germany.**Based in**: Milan or Germany (Remagen / Cologne area)**Ready to start your new exciting journey with us?
