ppBolton Home, Personal Care Beauty /p /brpInnovations, Development Quality /p /brpCalenzano, IT /p /brh3RD Testing Consumer Insights Specialist /h3 /brpWe are looking for a Testing Consumer Insights Specialist to join our Research and Development team in our Beauty Personal Care business unit based in Calenzano. /p /brh3How you make the difference /h3 /brpThis position is crucial for Bolton because RD team has the ownership to boost innovations and to contribute to develop a competitive position in the market. /p /brh3How Your Agenda Looks Like /h3 /brul /brliSupport marketing and RD in creating claims and identifying the most suitable performance tests to support them /li /brliContact external institutes to design and conduct clinical trials, both for performance and safety /li /brliCoordinate the production and shipping of test samples /li /brliInterpret clinical results, identifying the most effective options /li /brliAnalyze clinical claims for competing products /li /brliManage the clinical trial budget. /li /brliArchive clinical protocols in the most accurate and usable manner. /li /br /ul /brh3Your Team /h3 /brpYou will collaborate with RD Personal Care team and you will be supported by your Manager, Testing Consumer Insights Manager. /p /brh3What Makes You a Great Fit /h3 /brul /brliEducation: bachelor in Chemistry or similar /li /brliWork Experience: 2/3 years in a similar role /li /brliSoft skills: innovation, proactivity, curiosity,
