We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Automotive Engineer to provide high quality support to our customers. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background in automotive engineering and experience in areas such as CAE analysis, vehicle performance engineering, or testing & validation.
Your Growth Opportunities:
- Support engineering activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Perform or support CAE simulations and engineering calculations to evaluate component and system performance.
- Contribute to vehicle performance analysis, testing, and validation activities.
- Coordinate technical activities among cross-functional teams.
- Track project progress, monitor milestones, and report project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely execution of engineering deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify technical issues and collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions.
- Support project planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your skills that will help us to get ahead:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: CAE engineering and engineering calculations/Vehicle Performance Engineering/Testing & Validation (mechanical systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Project tracking and progress monitoring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Total compensation:
- Contract type: [Permanent ]
- Level: CCNL Commercio
- Gross annual salary (RAL): €[30.000] – €38.000
- Benefits: meal vouchers €6.50, corporate agreements/discounts
- Lavoro da remoto: individual remote working agreements
- Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility
