ppClient Management – Multinational Incoming German Desk /p h3Marsh Risk /h3 pis looking for a candidate to join the German Desk inside the Client Management structure of the Multinational Incoming Team on Milan office. /p pWhat can you expect? /p pYou will be part of the Multinational Incoming Team dealing with management and development of customers which are Italian subsidiaries of foreign multinational companies. You will develop, grow and maintain relationships between the organization and clients, with a focus on growth and retention. You will also develop, manage and implement sales strategies, identify potential customers and cultivate existing customer relationships to close deals. /p pKey responsibilities and activities: /p ul liManage a clients portfolio with budget accountabilities and actively contribute to office goals achievement, both in a growth and development and in a retention way; /li liSupport clients in risk management, pointing out their needs and providing the most suitable and customized solutions, both risk analysis and evaluation and risk transferring on the insurance market related; /li liContribute to develop opportunities management and deployment, especially in sales meeting and offer proposals, using a company value proposition deepen knowledge; /li liClose sales deals by negotiating values and basic pricing structures to best serve both the business and client needs; /li liCoordinate the operational management team for his/her clients portfolio (Client Representatives, Specialties, Placement, Marsh Risk Consulting , ecc..), granting a correct activities planning and an effective and collaborative internal communication process, according to company clients policies; /li liHelp with conducting thorough due diligence research leveraging various resources and channels of information to identify or understand prospect accounts or target sales expansion opportunities; /li liMaintain account relationships and work to ensure the business is viewed as a preferred vendor; /li liCoordinate,
recommend and evaluate delivery of solutions and products to ensure alignment with potential and identified requirements, agreements, quality control standards, compliance requirements and established processes; /li liKeep abreast of Industry developments and trends, participate in events and conferences representing the Company and have a broad and powerful professional network. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven professional experience gained in Client-facing management roles; /li liExtensive knowledge of property and liability insurance coverages; /li liFluent in German and English language; /li liGood analysis and problem solving skills; /li liExcellent commercial attitude; /li liAvailability to eventual business trips. /li /ul h3Plus /h3 ul liStrong propension for interpersonal relationships; /li liAbility to organize the work autonomously; /li liStrong propension to work in team and by objectives. /li /ul h3Why joining our team /h3 ul liA company with a strong brand and strong results to match; /li liOpportunities to work on international deals;; /li liOutstanding learning programs and interaction with counterparts in industry groups and client organizations. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liThe position is offered on a permanent basis; /li liWe propose a gross annual salary starting from € 36.000 for a full-time position. Depending on experience, skills and qualifications, we are willing to consider compensation above the starting salary.
