/p pYour responsibilities: /p ul liDive deep into Sonoco's end-to-end supply chain processes /li liIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and costs /li liSupport and lead strategic improvement projects /li liExplore and support the use of digital tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies to improve supply chain performance. /li liDrive change management initiatives and support teams through transformation /li liBuild expertise in Oracle ERP and other key planning systems /li liEnsure high-quality and reliable supply chain data across the business /li /ul h3Who we're looking for /h3 pWe're looking for someone who's curious, analytical, and excited to solve complex challenges. /p pYou would be a great fit if you: /p ul liHold a master’s degree in engineering, economics, logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field /li liRecent graduate or early-career professional /li liEnjoy solving problems and turning data into actionable insights /li liHave strong analytical and project management skills /li liComfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to adapt to change /li liCommunicate clearly and collaborate well with different stakeholders /li liShow initiative and a strong sense of ownership /li liSpeak fluent English /li liHave experience with ERP systems (a plus, not a requirement) /li /ul pMost importantly, you're eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. /p h3Join our team /h3 pIf you're looking for a role where you'll gain real responsibility, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to meaningful transformation projects across Europe, we'd love to hear from you. /p pLearn more about Sonoco Europe at /p pBetter Packaging.
