ppWe are looking for a bHead of Boarding Academic Integration /b to lead the coordination of the boarding program for Juventus youth players, ensuring a high-quality residential and academic experience fully integrated with the football pathway. /p pThis role will act as a key link between the Club, the academic institution, the boarding facilities, students and their families, ensuring effective planning, operational excellence and consistent communication across all stakeholders. /p pAs Head of Boarding Academic Integration, you will play a central role in supporting the development, well-being and cultural integration of student-athletes, creating an environment that combines structure, care, performance and personal growth. /p pbWhat you’ll do /b /p ul lipLead the development and coordination of the academic plan, ensuring full integration with training schedules, competitions and supervised study time. /p /li lipAct as the main point of reference between the football club, the boarding school and/or academic institution. /p /li lipEnsure daily routines, internal regulations and schedules are properly respected, including classes, breaks, free time and rest periods. /p /li lipMonitor students’ academic progress in close collaboration with academic staff, supporting long-term educational planning. /p /li lipGuide students in their academic organization, personal development and adaptation to school and boarding life. /p /li lipServe as the main contact for families, providing regular updates on students’ progress, well-being and daily experience. /p /li lipSupport international students in their cultural and social integration with empathy, sensitivity and awareness of individual needs. /p /li lipOversee boarding facilities, ensuring high standards of safety, comfort, organization and student welfare. /p /li lipManage relationships and contracts with accommodation, catering, maintenance and external service providers.



/p /li lipManage and monitor the annual boarding budget, ensuring cost control, financial sustainability and compliance with Club guidelines. /p /li lipCoordinate daily transportation between the boarding school and the training center. /p /li lipManage student permissions for off-campus activities in line with Club and boarding policies. /p /li /ul pbWhat we’re looking for /b /p ul lipMaster’s degree in Education, Sports Management, Hospitality Management or a related field. /p /li lipAt least 10 years of experience in boarding school management, student services, sports academies, educational institutions or similar environments. /p /li lipPrevious experience in multicultural and international contexts. /p /li lipStrong organizational and planning skills in complex, multi-schedule environments. /p /li lipProven experience in budget management, cost control and administrative reporting. /p /li lipSolid knowledge of contract management and coordination with external providers. /p /li lipExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, academic staff and management. /p /li lipStrong leadership, authority and decision-making skills, combined with empathy and approachability. /p /li lipHigh cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence, especially when working with international students. /p /li lipAbility to manage priorities, enforce rules and maintain structure in a residential environment. /p /li lipHigh sense of responsibility, autonomy and professionalism. /p /li lipFluent Italian and English; additional languages will be considered a plus. /p /li lipExperience in sports organizations, football academies or high-performance environments will be considered an advantage. /p /li /ul pbCompensation Benefits /b /p pCompetitive compensation package aligned with experience (b60-70k /b), plus benefits. /p pbAt Juventus, we believe in the value of people and the uniqueness of every journey. /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
