This position will report to the Customer Service Manager. **_Roles and Responsibilities _**
- Support** online students** in the post enrollment process (pre-start activities).
- Students’ welcoming activities.
- Take part to students’ orientation activities online and to student fairs online.
- Find and provide new providers for discounts, student clubs.
- Alignment with academic department for student status.
- Execute **online student** orientation activities.
- Prepare report and share it with Customer Service Manager and Management. **_Requirements _**
- Italian and English proficiency (other languages are a plus)
- Good knowledge of the local area (Rome)
- Customer oriented, proactive and driven
- Good IT skills (advanced Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Proven organizational skills
- Customer care orientation
- previous experience in the educational field is a plus
