**Guest Service / Front Desk** The position is based in Terricciola (Tuscany Italy) and the contract is tempo parziale, seasonal. Guest Service / Front Desk Agents set the tone for a guest’s experience. A warm and friendly smile can turn a stressful travel day into the relief and relaxation of feeling at home. Guest service representatives check guests in, answer questions, and are a general resource that guests can rely on. You can help create a home away from home for guests. Reports to Resort Manager. Fulfill operations of the Front Desk, according to the company policies, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times.
Maintain professional relationships with Guests and Colleagues.
Anticipate Guests needs and handle Guests’ complaints. Communicates clearly and in an appropriate manner, using non-verbal behaviors to enhance understanding. Exhibits the ability to successfully work together united within a group whilst showing respect and willing to share information and skills. Anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

Remains calm in pressurised situations.
Respectful of all cultures and looks to learn from them. **Knowledge** of the Microsoft Office package.
