PT 20h /strong /ppbr/ppstrongMain duties: /strong /ppTo provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store. /ppbr/ppstrongThe Role: /strong /ppTo maximize sales for the store; /ppTo develop enduring relationships with clients; /ppTo provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; /ppTo approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy; /ppTo manage promotional allowance, rebate,
and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; /ppTo understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance; /ppTo resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; /ppTo handle returns of merchandise; /ppTo maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard; /ppTo support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store; /ppTo arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria; /ppTo operate cash registers and close daily revenues; /ppTo maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; /ppTo go the “extra mile” to meet targets. /ppbr/ppstrongThe Candidate: /strong /ppFluency in English (written spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated; /ppRetail or service industry experience; /ppGreat customer service and people skills; /ppAbility to communicate and inspire customers store colleagues; /ppGood standard of numeracy and problem solving; /ppAbility to work towards goals; /ppStrong organizational skills; /ppDynamic and creative. /p
