ppbNEXION S.p.A. /b, world leader in the sector of equipment for tire dealers and garages, is looking for a dynamic bEXPORT AREA MANAGER /b to join the team of one of its historic brands based in the Correggio (RE) area. /p h3Responsibilities and tasks /h3 ul liResponsible for budget of the area for sales and margins. /li liResponsible for distributors/partners operating in the area. /li liSales, technical consulting support to customers in the assigned territories. /li liDevelop new partnerships/customer accounts to grow business volume with existing distributors. /li liIdentify and develop new distributors to improve and complete the distribution network. /li liConstantly update market and product knowledge and provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition, including win/loss analysis. /li liProduct presentation skills, both verbal and written. /li liIdentify new product introduction and business development needs to penetrate existing and new markets. /li liEstablish and develop business with new direct prospects. /li liSupport user acceptance during project implementation at customer sites. /li liRegular customer visits. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree is preferred. /li liDemonstrable track record of business achievements in developing new prospects and customers in the machinery/mechanical sector. /li liAbility to understand highly technical customer requirements and match them with the most appropriate solutions.



/li liEnthusiasm and determination combined with a pragmatic approach to work. /li liSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills, suitable for a role requiring frequent independent work. /li liAmbitious, career-oriented and willing to take on increasing responsibilities. /li liAvailability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned area. /li liFluent English and Spanish are mandatory. /li liQualified, although not necessarily extensive, experience in a similar role. /li /ul pEnthusiasm and determination, combined with a pragmatic approach to work, are essential traits of the candidate, who is not afraid to take on additional responsibilities to support their professional growth. /p pThe ideal candidate is also proactive, enjoys working in local and international teams, and demonstrates a systematic approach to problem solving and organization, with the ability to plan activities and meet deadlines. /p pbgross annual salary (RAL) /b for this position ranges from b€40.000 to €45.000 /b. /p pThe final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, professional experience, and overall suitability for the role.
