Don’t miss the chance to shape your b#FutureInSight /b with us! /ph3Your role /h3pAs Quality Process Engineer you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliConduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement in quality and processes. /liliDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics. /liliCollaborate with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to address quality issues and ensure smooth workflows. /liliInvestigating and troubleshooting quality related product or production issues. /liliSupport the implementation of process improvement projects to enhance quality standards.



/liliDevelop and maintain quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliAt least 2 years of experience in a complex environment as Quality Engineer. /liliBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field. /liliGood knowledge of Quality tools (Fishbone, 5 whys, root cause analysis, …). /liliProblem solving skills. /liliGood knowledge of Ms Office. /liliBasics of Statistics. /liliAbility to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff. /liliAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making. /li /ulh3Diversity, Equity and Inclusion /h3pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
