We deliver MA advisory across mergers, divestitures, acquisitions, public takeovers, defence advisory and dual-track IPOs, as well capital markets solutions across Equity Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance and Debt Capital Markets. /ppAs an Investment Banking Associate, you can expect to work on large-cap MA, Equity Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance origination and execution assignments. Tasks may include evaluating companies, perform financial analyses, developing models for MA transactions, preparing industry statistics for pitches, or getting involved in the execution of live deals. /ppYou will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues both locally and abroad, evolve professionally and personally, and build a firm foundation to further develop your investment banking career at Deutsche Bank. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliWorking on a variety of complex projects for leading Italian, European and global clients. /liliOpportunity to contribute to the development of new ideas to help clients achieve their strategic and financial objectives. /liliConduct detailed valuation analysis and other financial analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, LBO analysis and transaction structuring.
/liliProject management and involvement in execution of live transactions and pitches. /liliAttend team discussions and client meetings and be able to deliver parts of a presentation. /liliInteract with various sectors and product teams across the bank, both locally and abroad. /liliSupport senior bankers in origination and coverage efforts. /liliContribute positively to franchise building activities. /liliEngage in regional networking and Talent Development offerings. /li /ulh3Skills /h3ulliExcellent academic record (e.g. First-Class Honours, or equivalent) supported by a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar fields. /liliExtensive relevant full-time experience in Investment Banking and/or Private Equity is required. /liliProven technical skills including financial modelling, financial analysis and understanding of valuation methodologies, with high level of attention to detail. /liliOutstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and fluent in English and Italian. /liliStrong proficiency with financial analytics software and Microsoft suite of products. /liliCommercial instinct, demonstrable passion for finance and capital markets with an affinity for numbers. /liliResults-driven, perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines.
